THE DRAFT OF A NEW LAW ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL TRIBUNAL
Abstract
On 11 July 2013, a new draft law on the Constitutional Tribunal was submitted to the Parliament by the President of the Polish Republic. The first reading of the draft took place on 29 August 2013, then it was sent to further works in the parliamentary Committee on Justice and Human Rights and the parliamentary Legislative Committee.
